Malcesine
On Lake Garda's north-eastern shore, Malcesine, together with its quieter neighbours Assenza di Brenzone and Castelletto di Brenzone, boasts a delightful mix of twisting alleyways and bustling, flower-strewn squares. Visit the 13th-century castle, or take the funicular ride to the summit of Monte Baldo.
Torbole
The liveliest of our resorts, Torbole, also on Lake Garda's north-eastern shore, offers a vibrant cafe life and a lakeside promenade, from where, most afternoons, the windsurfing enthusiasts skimming across the water are a colourful sight.
Riva del Garda
Famous Riva, at Lake Garda's northern tip, has a busy historic centre surrounded by elegant, pastel-painted buildings. A good selection of cafes, gelaterie, bars, restaurants and shops make it one of the lake's most popular spots.
Limone
Delightful Limone, on Lake Garda's western shore, is named for the terraced citrus groves on the surrounding hills. Colourful and bustling, with cobbled streets leading down to the lakeside, Limone is a perfect holiday resort, with a good nightlife to complement the relaxed, sun-blessed days.
Day One
Outward travel from your selected airport to Italy, and onward transfer to your hotel on Lake Garda.
Day Two
Spend the day relaxing at the hotel or exploring Lake Garda and the surrounding area. Our Tour Manager will be happy to suggest places to visit and things to do.
Day Three
Today's optional Grand Circular Tour of Lake Garda, by coach and steamer, is the perfect way to enjoy the area's marvellous scenery and to explore some of the delightful lakeside resorts. Each section of the shoreline has its own distinctive charm and allure.
Day Four
Venice is quite simply one of the world's most beautiful cities. Discover its mysterious labyrinth of alleys and waterways, spectacular St Mark's Square and Cathedral, the clock tower, the Doge's Palace, the Rialto Bridge and the mystique of the Palace of Prisons and the Bridge of Sighs, on our fascinating optional excursion.
Day Five
On today's half-day optional excursion we explore "fair Verona", the historic backdrop for the tragic tale of "Juliet and her Romeo", and home to the opera season held yearly in its Roman amphitheatre. Explore, then take a seat in an open-air cafe in Piazza Bra to watch the world go by.
Day Six
Join us for an optional, full-day, panoramic sightseeing tour through some of Europe's most spectacular mountains - the Dolomites. Our journey includes a visit to Canazei overlooking dramatic Marmolada, and a crossing of the Sella Pass into Val Gardena, famed for its wooden carvings.
Day Seven
Another day at leisure to enjoy Lake Garda, your hotel and the surrounding area.
Day Eight
Transfer back to the Airport for Flight/s back.
Food and Drink
Fresh fish, fruit and vegetables are plentiful, as well as typically Italian pasta, soups and meat-based dishes. There are also many excellent, well-priced wines to enjoy during your stay. Guests on half-board arrangements will generally be offered a choice of starter and main course, with fruit or dessert to follow.

The Transfer Time to Lake Garda is approximately 3 hrs from Milan and Venice Airports and 1 hr from Verona Airport.
