Each of our resorts offers a base from which to enjoy the beauty of the island and our excursion programme.
St Helier
The Island's capital has a host of cafes, bars and restaurants where fresh fish is very much the order of the day. Shopping is an obvious attraction thanks in part to the island's 'tax-free' status, but don't miss imposing Elizabeth Castle, one-time home to Sir Walter Raleigh, or the fascinating Maritime Museum. Jersey Museum traces the island's history, and also houses John Millais' celebrated portrait of Jersey's most famous daughter, Lillie Langtry.
St Brelade
Just west of the capital, and overlooking a glorious sandy bay, St Brelade is the relaxed epitome of holiday heaven. A short distance away, the tranquil calm of Fishermen's Chapel and the fragrant, Provence-like allure of Jersey's Lavender Farm provide altogether different alternatives to St Brelade's famous beach and palm-fringed promenade.
Day One
Fly to Jersey and transfer to your hotel.
Day Two
Our included half-day tour 'circumnavigates' the beautiful coastline from sweeping St Aubin's Bay with its vast tracts of sand to La Corbiere and its lighthouse. The west coast is fringed by the sands of St Ouen's Bay, which in turn gives way to the rugged cliffs of the north coast. On the eastern side spectacular Mont Orgueil, one of Britain's best-preserved castles, towers over Gorey Harbour and the curve of the Royal Bay of Grouville.
Day Three
Today's optional excursion takes us to the fascinating Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, also known as 'Jersey Zoo'. Learn about the work of its founder Gerald Durrell, whose mission was, and still is, to save species from extinction. Stroll along the lush green walkways where the animals roam freely, while others live in environments painstakingly created to mirror their natural habitats.
Day Four
On your final full day, join a final fascinating optional excursion that gives you the chance to explore the extraordinary Jersey War Tunnels, a vast underground city of excavations built at enormous human cost for the German occupiers in World War Two. Originally a barracks, the tunnels were converted into a hospital in 1944, and are preserved as a reminder of the pain of war for the islanders.
Day Five
Transfer back to the airport for check-in and your flight home.
